An ASK staff member was there to greet us when we arrived and provided first class "concierge" services with suggestions on dining, activities, etc. I really liked the fact that we could correspond via email before our arrival with any questions etc. She made a dinner reservation for us on the first night so we didn't have to worry about that. We typically stay at resorts, and find that there are usually a lot of "unknowns" before we arrive. This was smooth sailing all the way!

Our visit to Barbados with the family was wonderful and we will certainly be back. The care and attention we received from beginning to end was exceptional. The quick and accommodating response to all our needs was most appreciated and the thoughtfulness of all the little things like the welcome package of fruit, beer, wine, eggs, bread etc made us feel welcome and showed a professional and caring attitude towards your guests. Everything was delivered as promised. I have been in the hospitality business all my life and the ASK and ASKtheConcierge team are very professional!
